The description says the curtain is blackout, does the curtain have back liner?

The curtain panels are not lined. Because the fabric is thick enough, when you close them, which can help you to block out some light. Darker color works better.

My windows are exactly 84 inches from the floor, can I just buy the 84 inches curtains?

Our curtain panel length is from curtain top to bottom. Due to the grommet top, the length will be shortened about 1-2" each panel when you hang it. You can order longer curtains to decor windows.
